Due to the current circumstances surrounding the Coronavirus (Covid-19), The Premium Collection have taken extra steps to not only ensure that business can continue for our customers and colleagues, but also that all the necessary steps have been taken to ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues.
You will be happy to know that at The Premium Collection, the safety of our colleagues is of the utmost importance to us. As such we have not furloughed or made redundant any of our staff and have instead switched to a remote working operations model, allowing them to work as normal from home until further notice.
As an online business and in conjunction with our new remote working operations model, our sales team and customer service team have been unaffected by the Coronavirus and will continue to support our customers as we always have.
As with all businesses at the moment delivery times may be slightly effected. With that said we are working closely with our brands and supply chain to ensure that the impact to your delivery time is mitigated as as much as possible. We will also be taking extra steps to make sure you remain informed as you wait for your order. If you would like to query the estimated wait time prior to purchase please don’t hesitate to contact us as we will strive to provide you with real-time updates.
The safety of our customers and colleagues is of the utmost importance to us and as such we will be providing no-contact deliveries.
For Smaller Items
For smaller items our carriers will not be requiring signatures on their hand-held devices, and instead will knock on your door and stand back to ensure you receive it while not actually coming in to direct contact with them.
For Larger Items
For larger items arrangements have been made with our White Glove Delivery Team including proper sanitation routines, and glove and masks that will be used during delivery (and installation if required).
